Republican participation in the healthcare debate. President Obama has stated many times that his door is open to anyone, including and especially Republicans, to discuss healthcare reform, and that he is open to any Republican ideas. Despite no less than nine attempts to schedule a meeting with the President, there has yet to be any response from the White House. See "

Not wanting to jump to conclusions, they checked with the House Ways and Means Committee to verify their interpretation - and discovered they were right! Despite Obama's claims and promises about his government-run health-care they found that
